Friday, October 2 - Sunday, October 4, 2026
Berkeley Springs, WV
Being a solopreneur offers freedom, flexibility, and the ability to shape work around what matters most. It can also mean wearing too many hats, carrying ideas alone, and spending long stretches without the kind of thought partnership that helps new possibilities emerge.
Many of us have projects sitting on the back burner — ideas, offerings, writing, business concepts, collaborations, or next steps that never quite receive the uninterrupted attention they deserve. Sometimes what’s needed isn’t another strategy session or productivity system, or AI prompt/result. It’s simply the space to think clearly.
A Thinking Space, designed by Melissa Spence of Adamah Coaching and Consulting and co-hosted at Kayser Ridge by Cliff Kayser of Polarity Partnerships, is designed to create that space.
The weekend is intentionally light on structure. There are no required sessions, commitments, or packed agendas. Only opportunities — to work, rest, reflect, experiment, connect, wander, share ideas, or spend time entirely on your own if that’s what you need most.
There will be open blocks of time set aside for focused individual work, along with optional opportunities to engage with others throughout the weekend. Participants are invited to make informal offerings to the group if inspired: lead sunrise yoga on the patio, facilitate a mindful nature walk, test a new coaching or facilitation tool, explore a developing idea, help someone refine a pitch, host a cooking experience, or simply contribute through presence and conversation. No performance required, pressure to produce, or expectation to network. Just capable and thoughtful people gathering in a beautiful setting to reconnect with ideas, energy, creativity, direction, and possibility.
