Values-driven work is my calling. I’ve worked in nonprofit organizations with missions ranging from the arts to community building to higher education. Along the way I’ve tackled administrative challenges big and small and found my true passion in staff development - ultimately leading me to coaching.
The pandemic forced me outdoors where I reconnected with a part of me I had somehow abandoned over the last two decades. I now spend my free time outside in my garden, exploring nature, and taking walks. These moments bring balance and clarity to the hectic pace of modern life.
I chose the name Adamah as a personal reminder of the power of nature, my responsibility to treat the earth with respect, and the vital role of the natural world to a healthy body and mind. Time outdoors grounds me. It acts as a counterbalance to the stresses of everyday life. It allows me to recenter, refocus, and devote my newfound energy to things that excite and move me.
What's your Adamah?
I am an ICF and Clifton Strengths Certified Coach focused on helping individuals accomplish meaningful change in their lives — both professionally and personally. After spending over twenty years in nonprofit and higher education management, I am shifting my focus to help the individuals central to these organizations.
The passion that fueled my success in a career in nonprofits is the same passion that inspires me to encourage and support others who are chasing similar goals.
